Contest dates
From May 1st to June 30th, take part in the Reserve on-line contest and be eligible to win your choice of one of the following House Packages: The “Sorcier” Golf Package, the Travel Together package or the Little Travellers package.
Eligibility
To take part in the Reserve on-line contest, participants must go to the Hôtel du Voyageur website at http://www.hotelduvoyageur.ca from May 1st to June 30th inclusive and make an on-line reservation during the period of the contest or complete the contest entry form, answer the question and enter their name, complete postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and their age.
Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. Persons completing more than one entry per day are automatically disqualified with the exception of those making an on-line reservation.
To be valid, all on-line reservations or contest entry forms must be received by e-mail before 23:59 hr. (EST) June 30th, 2008.
No purchase is necessary.

GENERAL RULES
To be declared winner, the entrant selected by a random drawing must have made an on-line reservation or have correctly answered a mathematical skill testing question.
The prize must be accepted as offered and cannot be exchanged for cash nor can it be sold or transferred. No substitution is allowed.
In the event that it becomes impossible to provide the prize as described here within, the Hôtel du Voyageur, its administrators, directors and employees reserve the right to substitute for the prize, in whole or in part, a prize or prizes having an equivalent approximate value.
Refusal to accept the prize relieves the Hôtel du Voyageur and its affiliated companies and agencies as well as its administrators, directors and employees, of any responsibility or obligation towards the winner.
Any false declaration on the part of a contest entrant will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest.
Neither the Hôtel du Voyageur nor its administrators, directors or employees assume any responsibility resulting from losses, delays, errors in addresses on mail or e-mail received, printing errors, computer or telephone technical malfunctions, software or computer equipment breakdowns, fraudulent calls or any other type of error.
Neither the Hôtel du Voyageur nor its administrators, directors or employees assume any responsibility whatsoever in the event that they are unable to act on account of an unforeseeable situation beyond their control including strikes, lock-outs or any other type of labour conflicts in their establishment or those of organizations or businesses whose services are utilized for the holding of this contest.
Personal information such as name, complete postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and age are required only for the administration of the present contest and will not be used for any other purpose without prior consent. By providing this information, contest entrants consent to its use for the purpose indicated.
Participation in this contest is subject to the acceptance of these rules. The Hôtel du Voyageur is responsible for their application and all of its decisions are final.
